Trademark Office Actions

During the trademark process, the United States Patent and Trademark office (“USPTO”) may have an issue with your trademark application.  For example, your proposed trademark may be too similar to a trademark already registered with the USPTO.  The trademark examiner will issue what is called an “Office Action.”  We will review the objections raised and discuss how to best proceed to overcome those objections with you.

If you recently filed a trademark application and received an Office Action, contact us to schedule a trademark consultation and we can review with you the merits of responding to the Office Action.
